Terms & Conditions

The following terms and conditions shall govern the sale of products by Blue & Grae to the buyer. By placing orders with Blue & Grae, it is agreed that you have read, understood and agreed to our Terms & Conditions.

Making & Dispatch

Every item at Blue & Grae is made by hand to order, or in small batches. Making and dispatch timelines vary between products. If the product is not 'in-stock' and therefore not pre-made, it can take anywhere between 1-3 weeks to produce before being ready to ship. Our smaller items such as our belts, card wallets and keyrings will be dispatched within 7 working days. 

Shipping

We offer free shipping within Australia. We will provide you with a tracking number so that you can follow your Blue & Grae items all the way to your door. Orders are shipped using Sendle or Australia Post. Transit times vary but generally, items will take 2-5 business days to reach you after dispatch. All Sendle shipments are carbon offset. 

You the customer, are responsible for submitting your shipping address correctly. We ask that a street address be used and not a P.O. Box or parcel locker. If an incorrect address is provided that results in your package being lost or undelivered we will not be able to refund or re-deliver your order.

Pricing

All prices are retail prices and are stated in $AUD. The Blue and Grae website allows customers to automatically convert the currency of our web listings between these 6 major currencies; CAD, EUR, GBP, NZD and USD. We retain the right to adjust our prices at any time due to changes in market conditions or variations in material, production or distribution costs.

Returns Policy

Every item at Blue & Grae is made by hand with the upmost attention to every detail. We are proud of the quality of our products and stand by their longevity. In the event that you are not 100% happy with your purchase please contact us immediately via email. All returns will be decided on a case by case basis. Please note that in instances of a return due to a change of heart, you the customer will be liable for any return postage costs. Unfortunately if a product has been personalised in any way including embossing, that product is non refundable for any reason.  If an order has been placed mistakenly, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase to cancel and refund your order. 

Please note that leather is a natural material and small marks, blemishes, and scars are completely normal. We do not discriminate against these character marks — in fact, we celebrate them in our products. Small scars and blemishes do not constitute faulty materials.
