The following terms and conditions shall govern the sale of products by Blue & Grae to the buyer. By placing orders with Blue & Grae, it is deemed that you have read, understood and agreed to our Terms & Conditions.

Making & Dispatch

Every item at Blue & Grae is made by hand to order, or in small batches. Making and dispatch timelines vary between products. If the product is not 'in-stock' and therefore not pre-made, it can take anywhere between 1-3 weeks to produce before being ready to ship. Our belts and card wallets will generally be in-stock and therefore can be dispatched immediately. 


We offer free shipping worldwide and will provide you with a tracking number so that you can follow your Blue & Grae items all the way to your door. Orders are shipped using TNT Express for international shipments and Sendle for domestic orders. Transit times vary but generally items will take 3-10 working days to ship worldwide and 2-7 business days for addresses within Australia.  All Sendle shipments are carbon offset.

You, the customer, are responsible for submitting your shipping address correctly. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to International PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers. If an incorrect address is provided that results in your package being lost or undelivered we will not be able to refund or re-deliver your order.

Blue & Grae are not liable for any foreign import taxes, duties or other associated fee’s. Where appropriate items will be sent with a certificate of origin in order to obtain preferential tariff treatment.

Returns Policy

Every item at Blue & Grae is made by hand with the upmost attention to every detail. We are proud of the quality of our products and stand by their longevity. In the event that you are not 100% happy with your purchase please contact us immediately via email. All returns will be decided on a case by case basis. Please note that in instances of a return due to a change of heart, you the customer will be liable for any return postage costs. If an order has been placed mistakenly, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase to cancel and refund your order. 

Please note that leather is a natural material and small marks, blemishes, and scars are completely normal. We do not discriminate against these character marks — in fact, we celebrate them in our products. Small scars and blemishes do not constitute faulty materials.
